I make this recipe on a regular basis and these little cakes are gone in a wink. The only complaint I’ve ever received is “why didn’t you make more?”

When I lived in Paris, my favorite restaurant served the most amazing molten chocolate cakes. I’ve spent years trying to replicate them, tried dozens of recipies, and this is the winner.
This recipe was shockingly simple and easy to make, and the results were delicious. It’s dense and rich like a flourless torte, with a moist and gooey center.

So simple & yummy! It’s very rich… so we usually stretch to 6 servings. Our 8y/o loves to make these and they are really quick & easy.

So, so, so delicious and easy. This has become my go-to dessert. Great with fruit, vanilla ice cream, or by itself.

I have made this several times at home. My boyfriend requests this on a regular basis. It is super easy and quick to make! Love it!

My husband said these are his new favorite! I was thrilled because they are so easy and wonderful. Great to make for company because they look like they were a lot of trouble. We have decided that we like it better with vanilla ice cream then whipped cream.

I made this for my hubby’s birthday in March because it was chocolate and it had just 4 servings (so no leftovers since we were trying to be on a diet). Not a crumb was left and I served it with fresh whipped cream. So quick and easy. Thanks!!!

These were yummy! Pioneer Woman was right – these are the real deal! The whipped cream was good – but have to try with some vanilla ice cream next time. They are so easy and relatively quick to make for an evening chocolate fix or for guests!

Made these last night (thanks PMS) and they were amazing. Easy to make, came out exactly as they were supposed to, and chocolaty enough to appease the menstrual gods.

I am planning on trying these in the next few days, probably tomorrow if one of my friends has any say! I also saw the comments about a substitute for the baking chocolate squares. Use 3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder with 1 Tablespoon butter or shortening for every 1 ounce or square of chocolate.

Made these tonight – they are way better than a restaurant! My husband was in love from the first bite. And they look fancy too! Will make this easy, delish recipe again. Soon.

These are easily the most delicious things I have ever eaten. They blow the socks off the similar cake at Olive Garden and don’t even get me started on how amazing the chocolate center is. I use the Italian Gheridelli uh, Gheher, oh you guys know what I mean, and they are fantastic! My sister made me make her these three times for her birthday.

made these over the weekend. Oh my God. Divine. Absolutely perfect deliciousness. Ate it with a scoop of ice cream.

My 5-year-old daughter did most of the work to make these! I helped her measure a little and handled the oven, but they were SO easy, and SO delicious! They rivaled Chili’s molten chocolate cake, which is one of our favorite desserts! Delicious!
