Mango and ginger tropical flavors sweetened with honey and mixed with yogurt make an easy treat. Most of the time involved is spent waiting for it all to come together.
Puree the mango, lime juice, and ginger in a blender.
Mix honey and yogurt together in a medium-sized bowl until well combined. Stir in mango puree and chill for about 45 minutes so flavors meld.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to machine’s directions.
If making sandwiches, place about two tablespoons of frozen yogurt between ginger thins and freeze until firm. Otherwise, just put it in a bowl and dive in!

I’ve never made frozen yogurt, but this sounds really good. I love mangos.
