A pie with only three ingredients? I was surprised how something so easy could taste so good! Light, tart and refreshing, what a great summertime dessert!
Mix together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into a graham cracker crust and chill for at least an hour. That’s it! The next time I prepare this, I plan on topping it with some fresh, sliced strawberries. Yum!

I’ve made this same pie as a Key Lime, substituting Lime juice and a drop of green food coloring. Yummy!

This was the Best Lemon Pie that I have ever made. It was also the quick and easy I think that it took all of 8 minutes and that included juicing the lemons. Thanks for the recipe! Tina

I just made this today and it was FANTASTIC!! This was the BEST lemon-cream pie I’ve had ever!! Just awesome!! So easy and I LOVED that it called for so few ingredients!! I whipped the cream myself (they don’t have cool whip here) and crushed lemon cookies and pressed them in a pie dish with melted butter and stuck them in the freezer for about 15 minutes for the crust… It turned out fabulous! Plus, I sliced up some strawberries like you mentioned and the mix was stupendous!! Deliciouuuuuuuus!!! Thank you for sharing this recipe!! It’s officially part of my “favorite pies” list!!
