Really yummy. The taste definitely intensifies after it cools and is refrigerated.

I love lemon bars, almost as much as I love my first born, so I had to try these immediately! They are fantastic. Being a lemon bar “purist”, (which means I eat them the second they’re cool enough, right from the pan, with a spoon and without shame), I thought I would miss the powdered sugar on top, but I don’t, not at all! Delish!

Whipped a half batch up last night….(though I totally didn’t need it) just because it was highlighted here on the blog. Love these. I love lemon, but think this take on the lemon bar is definitely my fav…..might just need to go see how much better they got overnight in the fridge….

Delicious, and SO easy! Seriously, these took 10 minutes max to get into the oven. I love quick baked dessert recipes like this one.

I doubled this recipe and put it in a 15×11 pan. Came out beautifully and delicious!
