I made these for a church function. They are delicious. I had softened butter and the crust part was more doughy rather than crumbly, but I spread it in the pan anyways (I also foil lined the pan) and Yippee for Bakerella-they came out wonderfully delicious!! Easy & tasty. I might add some lemon zest next time, but at any rate this is surely a keeper!!!

I finally got to try these today, and they came out great, everybody found them delicious! The center was a little runny though, I’ll bake for a little longer next time I make them. Probably just my old sloppy oven.

These came out perfect. I had been using a very similar recipe that was good, but this made it perfect. Can’t wait to make them again!

This is the only recipe I use for lemon bars, and they are the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Love them!!!

Yep, this is the one I’m making for the neighbor’s graduation party tomorrow. Instead of sprinkling powdered sugar on the top, I’m going to make a thin glaze. I just hate opening my mouth to take a bite and inhaling powdered sugar!
