Crunchy, chocolatey, gooey, goodness! I love Golden Grahams and this makes the perfect treat with them.
Melt 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Butter a 9×13 inch pan. Pour cereal into a large bowl. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated. Stir in the remaining marshmallows. Press into the buttered pan. Cool at room temperature.
Makes about 24 bars.

When I was about 10, my aunt gave me the recipe for these bars. I made them on a weekly basis after that, and would eat most of the pan myself. I don’t make them so often anymore… but they are still one of my favorite treats to make!
