This quick and easy pie is just as delicious warm from the oven as it is chilled. Pies may be frozen as well.
Beats eggs very well. Add remaining ingredients one at a time and blend well after each addition. Pour into three unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Serve warm or chilled. (Pies freeze well after baking.)
