Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, corn flakes, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy with a electric mixer with padle attachment. Add the oil in a thin stream while whisking until blended.
Add vanilla extract and flour mixture. Stir until combined. Last, add the chocolate.
Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Leave a little space between each cookie. Flatten each cookie lightly with your fingers.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until a little golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
