Yummy muffins that make a great breakfast treat.
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then line the cups of a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
2)In a medium sized bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and salt. Set aside.
3)In a large bowl mix the buttermilk, the oil, the egg and the sugar. Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until combined. Then fold in the pears.
4) Fill the muffin cups 2/3 of the way up and bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are golden.
This makes 24 mini muffins or 12 normal sized muffins. Enjoy.
