Light and fluffy, not too sweet, smooth and decadent … this buttercream frosting is my favorite!
Extremely fast and easy to do. You just need 5 minutes! Perfect for a batch of 12 cupcakes.
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and butter. Whip on medium speed until light and fluffy.
On low speed, add confectioner’s sugar, a little at a time. Whip until well incorporated.
Frosting is ready when it is fluffy and peaks.
Use for frosting and enjoy!
Refrigerate if not being used immediately. Allow to come to room temperature again before using.
