Description

Lots of Cranberries in this recipe, with pecans….it’s a nice light dessert and it’s wonderful with a little whipped cream on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 12 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Whole Cranberries
  • ¾ cups Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ingredients in order.

Pour into a greased tart pan or pie plate and cook for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Sprinkle unrefined sugar crystals or brown sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
