Cranberry Orange Almond Bark

Ingredients

• 24 ounces, weight White Bark Coating (almond Bark)
• 1-½ cup Toasted Slivered Almonds
• 1-½ cup Dried Cranberries
• Grated Zest Of One Orange

Preparation Instructions

Melt bark coating in bowl in microwave per package directions, stirring until smooth.

Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed and coated.

Quickly spread candy on 18-inch long sheet of waxed paper into a thin layer. A large offset spatula works well for this.

Let cool until set, then break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
