Description

Oreo cookie crust, topped with coffee flavored ice cream, toffee bits, caramel sauce, and chocolate ice cream. Bust out your elastic waist bands…you’re going to need em!

Ingredients

  • 25 whole Oreo Cookies
  • 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 pint Coffee Flavored Ice Cream
  • 1 pint Chocolate Flavored Ice Cream
  • 3 bars Heath Candy Bars, 1.4 Ounce Bars
  • ¼ cups Caramel Sauce (or To Taste)

Preparation

Begin by crushing Oreo cookies in food processor (or in a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin). Pour into your pie pan and drizzle with melted butter. With a fork, combine the cookie crumbs and butter well. Press into dish, and up sides of the dish. Freeze for an hour(ish).

Towards the end of the hour, remove the ice creams from the freezer to soften. Spread the coffee ice cream into the frozen frozen crust. Chop up two of the Heath bars, and sprinkle on top of the ice cream. Drizzle on the caramel sauce (as much as your heart desires). Next, spread on the chocolate ice cream, and chop and sprinkle on the remaining Heath bar. Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm. Cut and serve.

Amazing!!! This was sooo good! Made it for a function for Memorial Day and it was GONE fast! Thought it all might be too sweet and overwhelming but it was not at all.. just perfect!
