Just two ingredients and no ice cream maker needed for this easy frozen summer treat.
In a shallow dish (such as a 9″ pie plate), pour the coconut milk.
In a small microwave-safe dish, combine the sugar and water. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, until the water simmers and you can stir to dissolve the sugar. Let it cool slightly, then add it into the coconut milk. Squeeze in the lime juice (optional).
Place the dish in the freezer. Remove it from the freezer and scrape it every 30 minutes, continuing to freeze for 2 hours. Serve with chocolate sauce.
