Description

Dulce de Leche Mascarpone Cream.
Serve with fruit, cookies, in a trifle, on a cake, wherever you want rich, creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese
  • 9 Tablespoons Dulce De Leche Sauce (canned Or Homemade)
  • 16 ounces, fluid Heavy Cream

Preparation

Chill mixing bowl and mixer beaters in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before starting.

Using chilled items, beat together dulce de leche and cheese until well combined. Add heavy cream and beat until it has a stiff consistency.

Serve with fruit, cookies, in a trifle, on a cake, wherever you want rich, creamy goodness.
