Melt semi-sweet, unsweetened chocolate and 1 cup margarine over low heat. Beat eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, a dash of salt and granulated sugar. Add margarine/chocolate mixture and flour and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a hot, greased waffle iron. Cook for 65 to 70 seconds. Cool; then frost.
To make the frosting, combine 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cocoa, milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, powdered sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Beat until smooth.
