Description

While trying to make hot chocolate and finding myself with a lack of milk one day, I took my much too hot chocolate drink and stuck it into the freezer. What I discovered when I removed it was a tasty treat that reminded me of the Popsicles my mom gave me in my childhood.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Ovaltine Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Boil water in a small saucepan.

Remove from heat and stir in cocoa, Ovaltine, sugar, and vanilla until dissolved.

Pour into Popsicle molds and place in freezer for 3 hours or until fully frozen.
