In cold bowl with a cold whisk (I put both in the freezer for 5 minutes before I start) add heavy cream, marshmallow fluff and vanilla. Whisk briskly until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator.
In a blender combine milk, ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth.
Fill glasses with a layer of chocolate shake, then add some marshmallow cream, then more milkshake and top with cream.
