Line up 2 chocolate chips on each section of a whole graham cracker (4 sections to a graham cracker = 8 chocolate chips).
Place each graham cracker in a toaster oven carefully and toast lightly (about 2 minutes, depending on how fast your toaster wakes up). This will slightly melt the chocolate chips. They will soften but retain their shape.
While the graham cracker toasts, slice a banana lengthwise into as many thin slices as you and your knife can manage.
Remove the graham cracker from the toaster oven and top with a layer of banana slices, pressing down slightly to spread the softened chocolate chips.
Variations:
Add more chocolate chips!
Top banana slices with spoonfuls of yogurt.
Cover graham cracker with peanut butter, Fluff, or fruit spread before placing chocolate chips.
When kids are helping, skip the lengthwise slices and use a kid-safe knife to cut the banana into coins.
