Description

A whole lot of yummy goodness packed into every fabulous bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Good Margarine Or Butter, Melted
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (pecans, Walnuts, Or Almonds)
  • 1 jar Caramel Topping

Preparation

Mix together melted margarine, sugar, and vanilla until well-blended. Add eggs and mix well. Add salt, cocoa powder, and flour. When it’s all creamy and beautiful, mix in chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts. Spread evenly in a greased jelly roll pan.

Open caramel topping and pour in swirls over the top of the brownie batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE!

Absolutely fabulous hot, warm, cool, cold, or room temperature! Especially fabulous when served with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Eat, enjoy, repeat.
