Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In large bowl mix all the brownie ingredients together until combined. Scoop by the tablespoonful into a silicone brownie bite pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
Note: if you don’t have a brownie bite pan, bake in a 13×9 pan for 25 minutes.
For the frosting, beat butter, melted semi-sweet chocolate, powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency. Pipe onto brownie bites from one corner to opposite corner using a small star tip.
Put melted white chocolate into a Ziploc bag, cut off corner. Pipe laces onto frosting. Enjoy!
