Description

I spent several years trying to duplicate Chili’s Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie; I love it! Finally, finally … I stumbled on a recipe that made me weak in the knees. It SO similar, but since I’ve been back to Chili’s, I like mine better!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Melted Butter
  • 3 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Breyer's Vanilla Ice Cream, To Serve
  • Caramel Sauce, For Drizzling Over Ice Cream And Bars

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a sheet pan. In a large bowl, combine sugar and melted butter; beat with an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to the sugar mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40+ minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm, or reheat individual servings in the microwave. Top with ice cream and caramel sauce (these are imperative ingredients for everything to taste JUST perfect!)
