A sweet frozen yogurt made with apple cider, cinnamon and fresh apples, topped with whip cream and crushed cinnamon and sugar pita chips.
In a freezer safe container add yogurt, apple cider, vanilla extract, stevia and spice. Mix until combined and place in the freezer for 1 1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add apple, lemon juice, cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix until combined and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Take the frozen yogurt out of the freezer and mix with a spoon, until you reach an ice cream consistency. Add apple mixture and mix again.
Place in a bowl and top with crumbled pita chips.

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
