Apple Cider Donuts with Cinnamon Glaze

Ingredients
- FOR THE DONUTS:
- 1 box 18.5 Oz Size, Spice Cake Mix
- 1 whole Egg
- ⅓ cups Oil
- ⅔ cups Apple Cider
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- ¾ cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
Preparation Instructions
Put all the donut ingredients into a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes.
Heat your mini donut maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. When it’s hot fill each donut spot with 1 tablespoon of batter. Cook for 5 minutes or until done. Remove the donuts and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl combine all of the glaze ingredients with a small whisk until smooth. Top each donut with about 1 teaspoon of glaze.
