Description

Here is an easy spin on this great dessert!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 pint Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 whole Kiwis Skinned And Sliced
  • 1 pint Raspberries
  • 1 whole Peach Sliced
  • 24 ounces, weight Whipped Topping(or Homemade Whipped Cream)
  • 4 whole Mint Leafs

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. While oven is heating, lay out pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
3. Combine water and sugar and mix well. Brush sugar water on pastry squares.
4. Place pastry in the oven and cook for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
5. While pastry is cooking, slice fruit.
6. Remove pastry sheets and let cool.
7. After they have cooled, place a small dab of whipped topping on a plate.
8. Place a pastry square on top of the dab.
9. Line the pastry square with whipped topping then top with strawberry slices. Top with more whipped topping.
10. Place another pastry square on top of the topping, then spread more topping on top of the pastry square, topping it with kiwi slices and more topping.
11. Place another pastry square on top of the topping. Add more topping and rasberries, topped with topping.
12. Place one more pastry square on top of the topping. Add more topping and place peach slices on top.
13. Place a mint leaf on top of the peach slices.
14. Enjoy!
