In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Makes 1 3/4 cups. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
