Ingredients
- ¼ cups Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ½ teaspoons Allspice
Preparation Instructions
Mix all of the spices together well and store in an airtight jar. Use as directed in recipes that call for pumpkin pie spice.
This makes the equivalent of 1-1/2 standard-size spice jars.
