Ingredients
- ½ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoons Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Thyme
Preparation Instructions
I run these through the Magic Bullet, but it’s really not necessary. You can simply mix all the spices together. This makes a small amount, which can be stored in the small 100-calorie-sized Ziploc bags.
I store all my HCG seasoning in Ziploc bags, in a Tupperware container in the freezer. Maybe that’s a little overkill.
