I’m a whiskey girl through and through. Nothing’s like a glass of Johnny Green or Laphroaig 10 after a long day–I can even be partial to some Jim Beam when I’m rocking back with my guy friends to some Slayer. But, the girlfriend is more into the craft cocktails and beer, so I decided to whip up something special one day to satisfy her tastes.

This is an easy drink to make for those that are faint of heart regarding the taste of hard alcohol.

My birthday is New Year’s Eve, and invariably someone always brings over a bottle of fruity champagne. Not being a big fan of sweet wines, this is how I fix my problem.

This is the best fall adult beverage there is. It’s great cold or warm, just don’t overdo it or you’ll be sorry!

Try a hearty mug of this coffee with hints of cinnamon, cocoa and red pepper and a splash of Kahlua. Sweetened whipped cream with just a sprinkle of cinnamon tops it off perfectly. This goes incredible well with a Tres Leches Cupcake for dessert!

A great slushy drink that my grandma always makes for the holidays. A festive drink, for any occasion.

My husband and I sit in our hot tub nightly in the fall, winter and spring months. We chat and he decompresses from his day. One of my favorite things to sip on is Grown Up Hot Chocolate.
Many years ago, we found a Schnapps called Rumplemintz made in Germany, and we love love love it. It is 100 proof so a little goes a long way, and unlike regular Schnapps, it isn’t as sickly sweet.

These are the best ever margaritas! My girlfriends and I drink these by the pool and they go fast. Don’t be wary of the amount of tequila, as it blends right in and can be adjusted to taste.

Three nights, four days with my girlfriends on a cruise! We slept four hours a night, survived on Red Bull and had the time of our lives. One of our stops was Atlantis resort on Paradise Island. We indulged on a cocktail created by Nobu Atlantis (yes, THAT Nobu!). Not only did they give us the recipe, but the bartender personally gave us a behind-the-bar demo, so that we could relive our wild vacation (as if we needed help!).
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
