A guaranteed crowd pleaser, this easy and versatile salsa can be modified to suit any taste. My man gets demands for this whenever there’s a party at his workplace, and he always brings home an empty bowl.

While spending a summer in New Mexico, I discovered the joy of salsa verde. (The state question is “Red or green?”) I love this salsa because of all the fresh ingredients. Any green chiles (peppers) would work, but if you can get fresh Hatch green chiles, it will be perfect!

Quick, easy and most importantly, delicious and nutritious! Fresh salsa, no canning involved!

This is such a tasty and easy fruit treat. You can change up the recipe by using whatever fruit you have on hand, and it freezes really well too, so if you make too much, stick it in the freezer and pull it out for company later. I serve this with cinnamon sugar pita chips or the Pringles cinnamon sweet potato chips. I’ve also served this over pancake or waffles.
