1. Shake cracked peppercorns into a frying pan and lay down slices of bacon. (I like to cut the slices in half, it makes it easier to work with.)
2. Cook bacon until crispy and lay on a paper towel to absorb extra grease.
3. Crack the egg into the frying pan (fried eggs work best for this sandwich, but scrambled can work, too.)
4. While egg is cooking, pop the bread into the toaster.
5. When toast pops out, put a slice of cheddar on one slice and pop it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds or until cheese is melted.
6. Take the bacon and place it on top of the melted cheese bread (gives it something to stick to) and add the fried egg.
7. Dress with desired condiments.
