Easy and so versatile! Serve them on the side or fill with chicken salad and serve!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Add the flour to a medium bowl and measure the mayonnaise into the middle of the flour. Using a fork, cut the mayonnaise into the flour until it is well blended. Add the milk a little at a time into the middle of the flour/mayonnaise mixture, stirring with a fork and incorporating the flour from the sides of the bowl until you’ve added all of the milk. Using a spoon, mix until well blended.
Place the mixture into ungreased mini muffin pans. Bake to 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Enjoy!

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
