I love bread. My daughter loves bread. The Husband loves bread. Make it a sweet bread and we are head over heels! In honor of my children and The Husband’s Irish “roots,” I whipped up an Irish soda bread that I decided to turn into a bit of a sweet treat. It turned out great. This bread would be wonderful with a cup of coffee for dessert or in the morning with your breakfast yogurt.
Mix the Bisquick, sugar and milk in a bowl. Combine well, add raisins. Pour the mixture in a prepared (sprayed with cooking spray) loaf pan or pie plate. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 350ºF for 25 to 30 minutes.

I made this Irish soda bread on 3/16/24. The recipe was easy to follow. The batter was very thick but I followed the process. After 10 minutes it started to rise. I had doubts but I still followed the process. 30 minutes I took it out and it was yummy. Ty
