Shred the radish in a medium bowl. Add cilantro, 2 tablespoons oil, salt, red chili, mango powder, carrom seeds, green chilies and give it a good mix.
In a food processor, add the radish mixture, whole wheat flour, salt and water. Pulse to form a smooth dough.
Form dough into 8-10 balls. Roll each ball about 2 inches in diameter, apply 2-3 drops of oil to each disc and fold it into a triangle. Now roll each filled dough ball into a disc 4-5 inches wide; set aside.
Heat a nonstick pan on high and put 1 disc or paratha at a time. As soon as you see bubbles on the side up, rotate it and dab oil on the side up. Then flip and dab oil on the other side as well.
Saute till golden brown in color and repeat this step till all parathas are prepared. Serve hot.
