Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1-½ cup Oil
- 20 ounces, weight Frozen Sweetened Strawberries, Thawed And Mashed With A Potato Masher
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs well then add oil and strawberries. If the Strawberries are not already mashed, mash them with a potato masher.
Add liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
Spoon the batter into 3 greased standard-sized loaf pans and bake at 350 F for 45-60 minutes. (Or use 6 small loaf pans and bake at 325ºF for 40 minutes.)
