Description

Super delicious, moist bread with loads of strawberries and a hint of cinnamon. This is great for breakfast, brunch, or even dessert!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Canola Oil
  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 containers (16-ounce Container) Sweetened Strawberries In Syrup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, and oil and mix until thoroughly combined. Add in flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix just until combined. The mixture will be very thick at this point.

Now, dump both containers of strawberries, juice and all, into the mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pans.
