Description

Super Simple Pumpkin Bread.

Ingredients

  • 3-½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons All Spice
  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • ⅔ cups Water
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 16 ounces, weight Pumpkin Puree

Preparation

Makes two 9×5″ loaves.

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour two 9×5” loaf pans.

Sift your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, spices) into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add your wet ingredients.

Mix until combined. Pour into pans.

Bake for about 1 hour, or until no longer jiggly.

So easy, huh? I love that you don’t even need to break out the mixer. Just a wooden spoon and a little elbow grease.
