I have made this recipe two times already since I found it. It is a very simple recipe, however, I found that the streusel topping cooked too quickly. So the second time I cooked the bread for 20 minutes and then added the topping, that worked a little better, but I put too much batter into my loaf pan and it spilled over the sides making it a challenge to pull it out. My husband and family loved it! I highly recommend it!! I also agree with the comment above about making the streusel more sweet, I used less flour and a tad more sugar

I just made this recipe for my family and overall it is very tasty. The streusel topping could have a bit more sweetness to it, but other than that, a very tasty bread.

So, so good!!! Also worked great when I used apple sauce instead of the oil.

What size can of pumpkin? Your recipe says 1/2 cans.
