Description

I’ve made these so often, I think I could do it in my sleep! If you have mayo haters, don’t tell them it’s in there, you can’t tell. And you can use Miracle Whip—gives them a tangy edge.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Milk (fat Content Not Important)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Grease two six-cup muffin pans or one 12-cup pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Combine all ingredients in one bowl, then spoon into muffin pans.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until roll tops are golden brown.

This recipe is easily halved, or doubled. The rolls are even good cold as I’ve made a ham “sandwich” before with them!

My mom has made these for years (with the addition of 3 TBSP. of sugar). We love them, especially with jambalaya!

These sound really interesting. And a good way for me to use up the bag of self rising flour I have. I’ll review again once I try these!
