Delicious banana bread with a swirl of chocolate.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray or grease an 8 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix butter and bananas. Add in sugar, egg and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda in a smaller bowl then slowly add it into the creamed mixture, mixing until well combined.
In a separate microwave safe bowl. melt chocolate chips until smooth (heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between additional 30 second increments and continuing until smooth). Take 1 cup of batter and mix it with the melted chocolate.
Pour the plain batter into the prepared pan. Spoon chocolate batter on top. Marble it but swirling a knife through the top. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
