Ingredients
- 1 box (about 7 1/2 Oz. Size) Jiffy Mix
- ¼ cups Pickled Jalapeños, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
- ¼ cups Butter, Melted
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ cups Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix Jiffy mix, jalapenos, chives, butter, egg, milk and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Spoon into greased 8×8 pan. Pour honey over top. Do not mix in. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until nice and golden brown.
