I made this last night to go along with chili…put it in jumbo muffin tins and used half whole wheat flour…SO TASTY. I will definitely be making these again!

Made this tonight with chili while we were snowed in. So good! I baked in an iron skillet and bumped the time to 35-40ish minutes. My family usually complains of crumbly, dry CB but they LOVED this! I’ll be making this again soon!

I made this cornbread tonight and it was delicious. It is definitely moist, and not as crumbly as my normal recipe. It is also on the sweet side, which my family likes. It smelled like cake while it was baking–yummy! Next time, I will try 1/2 whole wheat flour and maybe a little less white sugar. Great recipe!

I made this tonight and it came out great! I used 1/2 bread flour, but next time I’m going to try using all pastry flour.

I love cornbread and am always trying new recipes for it. I may not have to anymore, as this is the perfect recipe- sweet, cakey . . . delicious!

I baked this to take to a branding only I doubled the recipe and then cooked it for about 45 min in a 13×9 pan and it worked great. I really like the flavor it isnt overly sweet and I think it would be great topped with a little honey butter. Thanks for the recipe! Im sure the guys will love it!
