Mmm … Nutella. Do I need to say anything more?
Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter and flour a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Next, add the baking soda, salt, and hazelnuts to the mixture and stir. Finally, add the flour and mix till just combined.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
Add the four spoonfuls of Nutella on top of the mixture. Place them in a row down the center of the mixture in the pan. With a knife, run the blade through the Nutella spoonfuls to create a swirl effect.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
Cool on a rack.
Remove from the pan and serve!

Our family loves to make banana bread, so with the ripening bananas on the counter we decided to see what tasty kitchen had to offer. With Nutella on hand and a few hazelnuts in the drawer this was the winner…we loved the crust the Nutella made.. This is our new favorite banana bread recipe.
