A recipe from my grandma for tasty, fluffy zucchini bread!
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat sugar, oil, egg, lemon peel, and orange juice or extract until well blended. Add the sifted dry ingredients and zucchini alternately and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes.

This is a wonderful version of zucchini bread set apart from the traditional version by the citrus flavors. Thanks for sharing!
