Description

A gluten free bread machine recipe that you can make and put into individual ziploc bags and store in the refrigerator. When you want a fresh loaf of bread you can pull out a bag of bread mix and put in your bread machine to have fresh bread in a few hours. It’s a great bread if you are also allergeric to eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oat Flour (I Grind Down McCain's Quick Cooking Oatmeal)
  • 1 cup Potato Starch
  • ¼ cups Brown Rice Flour
  • ¼ cups Sorghum Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Meal
  • 2 Tablespoons Potato Milk Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Instant Dry Rapid Yeast
  • ½ teaspoons Authentic Brand Dough Enhancer (optional)
  • 1-½ cup Warm Water
  • 4 Tablespoons Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar, Honey, Or Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar

Preparation

Whisk all the dry ingredients together and set aside.

Pour all the liquid ingredients—water, sugar, oil, and vinegar into the bread machine.

Add the dry ingredients to the bread machine.

Set the bread machine to the rapid cycle and start.
