I have made these rolls several times now and they always turn out light and delicious. This is my go to recipe for dinner rolls.

Great recipe. I was a little discouraged at first, because the dough came out of my bread machine really dough-y and wet. I greased a bowl, and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes. It doubled in size, and I was able to pinch handfuls off. I rolled them (they were still a little sticky), and put them in a greased spring form pan. I let them rise again for 20 minutes, and put them in a 350* oven for 12 minutes. I took them out, brushed them with melted butter, and put them in for a few minutes more to get some color. They turned out really good. I made a cinnamon/brown sugar butter to go with them. The next time I make these, I will add a bit more sugar and another pinch of salt.

These a quite easy and the outcome is delicious. I made them by hand instead of using the bread machine but they turned out delicious. Very soft and pillowy. I can’t keep these rolls around, they go that fast!

very easy to make! i baked mine with italian seasoning and parmesan.. wouldn’t recommend, but they came out okay. these rolls would taste best plain with some butter served toasty warm!

This is a very easy recipe to make. I’ve made it a couple of times now, and I usually get about 12 out of it. I guess I make them bigger than most.
Thanks for the great recipe!

I made these rolls at the last minute to go with dinner last night. I was worried because I didn’t let them rise all the way the first time; my bread machine “rests” before it mixes, and I didn’t have 2 1/2 hours to wait for the dough to finish. BUT they came out great anyway. They weren’t dense like I feared and the flavor is wonderful! Will definitely use this one again!

Easy peasy, delicious! It was my first attempt at using a bread machine rather than by hand and these were perfect. Thank you!

These were FANTASTIC. So easy- I threw everything in the breadmaker, then cut and bake them. I did a trial run last night to make sure they’d be Thanksgiving worthy and they are awesome! I think my husband had 5 of them… I had 3! Thank you so much for sharing!

I pulled out my bread machine and made these tonight. They were excellent and will definitely become a regular at our table!

Great rolls – a couple of hints is to warm the egg to room temp by dropping it uncracked into a cup of warm water or leave on counter for a bit. Also, use bread flour anytime you use the breadmaker.

I’m a rookie with dough and bread These turned out excellent. My husband couldn’t believe I had made them : ) Will definately be making again. We had them at supper, then the next day I made PBJ sandwiches out of them for the kids and they loved them!

I love this recipe… very similar to my standby.
For baking, I grease my muffin tins and bake in those. Makes them all the perfect shape-great for those who suffer from OCD!
Sometimes, I use EVOO to oil the tins, and sprinkle a little garlic powder or herbs before rolling the prepped dough in it.

These were soft, fluffy and so tasty! Next time I will make smaller rolls though. I used them as the dough for PW’s rosemary pan rolls – yummy!!!!

i made these tonight and its the first time ive ever used just the dough programme on my breadmaker. also first time ive made bread in my new neff oven – these were totally delicious and im now converted. it takes no time at all, no effort on my behalf and they are a “thousand” times better than the preservative loaded rolls at the supermarket. great recipe

I just made these tonight, and they were wonderful! So easy, and so nice and soft and good. I made them like Ree’s rosemary dinner rolls, and everyone loved them. Will definitely be using this recipe again. Thanks!
