Description

These muffins are perfect for the holidays and are a great combination of sweet and tart.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted And Cooled
  • ¼ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Cranberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a muffin tin with liners.

In a bowl, gently stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients along with the chocolate chips and cranberries. Fill a muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
