Description

Thsi delicious recipe combines the best Christmas flavors into 1 muffin!

Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1-½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • ¼ cups Butter
  • ⅓ cups Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cups Pomegranate Molasses
  • 2 whole Bananas, Mashed
  • 1 cup Egg Nog

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine flour, salt, baking soda and spices in a bowl.

Mix creamed butter and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth. Stir in molasses and mashed bananas. Add half of the dry ingredients, just mixing until combined, then add eggnog. Add remaining dry ingredients.

Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray or place paper muffin cups in a pan and pour batter in. Bake for 45-50 minutes for a loaf or 20-25 minutes for muffins, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Hi tifferrific, You may be able to buy this at a regular grocery store if you have an Asian/Indian food section. I bought mine at an Indian grocery store. It’s really delicious!
