Bread Machine Basic White Bread High Altitude

Ingredients

• 1-¼ teaspoon Yeast - Quick Rise
• ¼ cups Nonfat Dry Milk
• 3 cups Flour, All Purpose
• 1-⅛ teaspoon Salt
• 1 Tablespoon Sugar Plus 2 1/2 Teaspoons More
• 1 whole Egg
• ¼ cups Butter, Softened
• 1 cup Water (minus 2 Tablespoons) Warmed To 90 Degrees
• 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
