Description

White bean hummus with lemon and feta, a quick and easy dip that’s perfect for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained
  • 3-⅝ ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1 clove Garlic (small)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, Finely Chopped

Preparation

Blitz the beans, feta, garlic and lemon juice in a mini food processor with plenty of black pepper until fairly smooth. Add the chopped chives and mix well.
